I saw the video and the landing gear covers and air break are not low because of the low pressure hydraulic. The Sabre simulates it. I say this in the DCS World that is not simulating. Please add the L-39. Sorry my inglês.

The youtube example you show is a RTAF L-39ZA/ART (Westernized version, equipped with Israeli Elbit avionics) - it has things, like rudder pedal toe brakes, etc.

I can't find an example of a 'regular' L-39 showing that behaviour, even after storage.

So the landing gear doors most likely have safety pins or mechanical locks (indicated by proximity switches/lamps) and won't exhibited hydraulic creep in normal use (only guessing though).

Edit: Add Photo. Items 5,6,7,12 and 18 look like the locking mechanism but I don't have a key to the diagram.

Yeah...but I think that when they go into storage, the lock a few things so they won't open up so things like birds can not nestle in it...

Very true, there are quite a few examples of bird and wasp nests being found after the L-39 has been incorrectly stored in the Aero Vodochody service bulletins.

However I can't find any examples of a parked 'regular' L-39 with it's landing gear doors open.

While I found a F-86 example after only looking at 8-9 photos.
