Issue been somewhat noted on the Mirage forum, not known of other modules.

 

Problem: If you put down a unit in ME marked as LATE ACTIVATION (ie not spawned yet) it works as expected for the F-15C module and nothing is shown on radar. However on Mirage and Mig 21 the object is seen and can be locked up on radar even though it is not present as an object in the game world. The following video illustrates this and it is reproducible on both Live, the previous verison of live and the current Beta versions of DCSW.

 

 

Would be greatly appreciated if this could be tackled with urgency as it causes the Mirage and Mig21 modules to be a miserable playing experience when you have any mission with any element of dynamic 'spawning' in.

Bump.

This needs to be checked against the internal bugtracker to see if it's known about, i'm sure it is but I have not found confirmation from the ED testing team. I spend a lot of time as a customer reporting problems, If I can save time here by not having to, it would be appreciated.

I just wanted to write a possible bug about late activation then saw this thread.Can you check if late activation box is checked and the time you entered is still there when you saved the mission?

Yesterday night i had a problem about late activation.No entry on activation time after mission edit and save(shows 0,0,0/0).

That will be a different bug as the video shows the unit isnt there i fly through it. Thanks for reporting test team.
