Jaktaz Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 Its hard to describe but what is the thing that looks like a receipt that is on the base of the gunsight? I've heard its for intercept angles or something and it seems its there for authenticity, but I think it would be nice if the user could put other documentation on there like checklists, or wingspans of potential targets.
Hadwell Posted April 20, 2016 Posted April 20, 2016 gunsight settings for different airplanes would be wicked. It's a metric to imperial converter table, 1:st column is distance, 2:nd hight. From left side 1:st row: 0.5?, 1nm ≈ 1.9km, 1645 feet ≈ 500m, 152? If someone can explain what the 0.5 & 152 represents? that would be grate! Personally I like this paper table in a plastic cover, gives the cockpit even more personality ;) IMHO. That actually sounds pretty useful, and I agree it is a very nice detail with the plastic cover. I think it would add more personality if we could change what was there though.
