Dave317 Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 I was having a bit of a play on multiplayer today and noticed something I have never seen before in DCS. I was flying low level in a Mirage at high speed and it was bouncing around like crazy. Once at a higher altitude it smoothed out. Is this turbulence and is it new? I know the setting has always been there but I've never experienced it yet.
razo+r Posted April 30, 2016 Posted April 30, 2016 No it is not, or at least, the settings that you can have it on, but on altitude, idk. For better experience just max it out and fly :D, you can clearly see it with planes that have a fpm

Dave317 Posted April 30, 2016 Author Posted April 30, 2016 Yes I had bombs. Why would it only be at low level?
-Pv- Posted May 1, 2016 Posted May 1, 2016 "Yes I had bombs. Why would it only be at low level?" Just guessing based on physics: Ground/terrain lift effects. Denser air near the ground. -Pv-
