MAD-MM...I think you coulda shaved a few seconds on the second to last chk point you went through...Looks as if you slowed down then picked up speed as you entered and exited..

The "SCALES" of aeronautical performance will weigh heavily on your next move..

yea true but you have watch your bank angle because the max allowed height in this mission is 20 Meters, when you go to hard in the turn radio altimeter is failing to contact the ground and mission over :furious:

I had a few failed attempts because of the altitude, and a couple of hairy moments in this one. Crappy landing too. Not that my usual ones are any better biggrin.gif

Hello guys,

MAD-MM, just a little question about your Gazelle, do you use the Altitude Auto-Pilot with this race ?

PLease can you give me the name of your HOTAS; Joystick and Rudders ?

Thanks, Skull.

Awesome flying nice done grunf and Vladinsky

Skulleader no cheats and no altitude autopilot see the torque is moving all the time I fly only with china head to hold decent altitude at the start.

I used Warthog for flying Gazelle but is complete reassembled with new grease grind internal parts because normal Warthog is crap for flying helos with his hard center spring and stiffness problems. (extension removed)

And all other is custom build around my wheelstand (MFG crossind pedals), for future I think FFB joystick when is working for the gazelle should be good

What time did you get Vladinsky?

HP G2 Reverb (Needs upgrading), Windows 10 VR settings: IPD is 64.5mm, High image quality, G2 reset to 60Hz refresh rate. set to OpenXR, but Open XR tool kit disabled.

DCS: Pixel Density 1.0, Forced IPD at 55 (perceived world size), DLSS setting is quality at 1.0. VR Driver system: I9-9900KS 5Ghz CPU. XI Hero motherboard and RTX 3090 graphics card, 64 gigs Ram, No OC... Everything needs upgrading in this system!.

Vaicom user and what a superb freebie it is! Virpil Mongoose T50M3 base & Mongoose CM2 Grip (not set for dead stick), Virpil TCS collective with counterbalance kit (woof woof). Virpil Apache Grip (OMG). MFG pedals with damper upgrade. Total controls Apache MPDs set to virtual Reality height. Simshaker Jet Pro vibration seat.. Uses data from DCS not sound... goodbye VRS.
