Unfortunately it only shows the missing units and not the act itself. I'm completely assuming on my accusation as to to who.. Might be worth making those particular units invulnerable if this is the new thing kids are going to be doing.

I'm not gonna start changing things for the sake of some kids. Sooner or later these guys will get caught one by one.

Doesn't matter if there are plenty of ground units elsewhere to kill and that their actions are just gonna make it boring for everyone including themselves. They just want to find the best way to piss people off. I wander if they are just angry with their Dads :cry:

Red: 16 x MiG-21's, 4 x L-39's, 2 x Ka-50's, 2 Mi-8's

Blue: 12 x F-5's, 8 x Viggen's, 4 x UH-1's, 2 x SA342-Mistral's

 

Red bases: Batumi and Sukhumi (main bases), Kobuleti (secondary base), FARP Kalitka.

Blue bases: Kutaisi (main base), Senakhi (secondary base), FARP Dallas.

Situation:

 

It's a Viggen day!

 

The Red nation holds Sukhumi and Batumi as their primary airbases while Kobuleti being a secondary airbase for rearming and refueling only. The Blue nation operates from Kutaisi and holds Senakhi-Kolkhi as a secondary airbase for rearming and refueling only.

The Red fleet is on it's way somewheres in the sea for delivering supplies to an unknown haven. The Blue Viggens will have to search for the ships and destroy them.

 

- Both secondary airbases have limited arsenal and can be captured but NOT recaptured.

- The Blue nation holds a FARP in the mountains south of Kutaisi.

- The Red nation holds the town of POTI west of Senakhi by the coast.

Red Briefing:

 

Fighters:

Be aware of any bandits going feet wet searching for our ships! Destroy any aerial threats between Sukhumi and Batumi.

Strikers/Ka-50's:

- Waypoint 1 for the Ka-50's is the secondary Blue airbase; Senakhi-Kolkhi. Destroy all AAA's, 4 fuel trucks and 4 CH-47's to capture the airfield.

- The enemy has a FARP at KM73, 2 km southeast of the town of Kur.Bahmaro. Destroy all units and buildings to cripple their helicopter operations.

Mi-8's: (Transport)

At the FARP of Kalitka (Batumi) you can pick up ground units and deploy them onto the battlefield using the radio F-10 option.

FARP Kalitka: 127.5 MHz

Escort Viggens on their way to annihilate the Red fleet!

Destroy any bandits in the area.

- The enemy's fleet somewheres in the sea is top priority! Send it to hell!

- Viggen's waypoint 1 is bullseye; the enemy's secondary airbase of Kobuleti.

Destroy all AAA's, 8 fuel trucks, 2 MiG-25's, 2 Mi-26's and 4 Ka-27's to capture the airbase.

- Viggen's waypoint 2 is the town of POTI at GG26 where the enemy is holding the ground. Destroy his units and the 2 road outposts.

Let it roll and we'll see. Don't want to have all planes every time in every mission. It's a special one for Viggens hunting ships. No carriers. That's what the "Sail Ahoy!" is for :)

Only the units you deploy from your Mi-8/UH-1 as it is in all the missions.

Tacview should work chief. I use it all the time, as do some of the other guys that fly on the server. It operates with a 10min delay (which it tells you when you load into the server) and if your game crashes or has issues on disconnected it can cause corrupt files. But that's the norm.

Have you updated your Tacview since installing 2.5? cause the old version wont work.

that might be the problem ... i believe i had a (game-) crash last time and was annoyed that i couldn't find out how and why i died ...

No, that is not the problem. The SRS-server has been down ever since i started playing on this server.

 

Teamspeak is usable, but it has its limitations. SR is much beter in the long run. Beacuse you can have all the GCI/AWACS on an VHF frequency and the flights on UHF frequency. That will of-course will eliminate the chatter/small talk on ts. When someone is doing GCI.
