if you are having problems remove any user installed mods and do a repair

Zip your /Logs/ Folder and attach, we're gonna have to go through all of them.

Also, Zip and attach you auto_update.log folder.

My issue resolved (postponed) with removing the LotATC folder in saved-games/mods/tech.

Weird thing is I'm not having the same issues with the openBeta installation? both updated today.
