Is this even possible? I just had an encounter where M2000 could fly slower apparently without critical AoA compared to MiG-29S, with which I almost fell out of the sky...

DCS Wishlist: 2K11 Krug SA-4 Ganef SAM, VR-TrackIR icons next to player names in score-chart

PvP: 100+ manual player-kills with Stingers on a well known dynamic campaign server - 100+ VTOL FARP landings & 125+ hours AV-8B, F-14 crew, royal dutch airforce F-16C - PvP campaigns since 2013

DCS server-admins: please adhere to a common sense gaming industry policy as most server admins throughout the industry do. (After all there's enough hostility on the internet already which really doesn't help anyone. Thanks.)

Dell Visor VR headset, Ryzen 5 5600 (6C/12T), RTX 4060 - basic DCS-community rule-of-thumb: Don't believe bad things that a PvP pilot claims about another PvP pilot without having analyzed the existing evidence

The MiG-29 doesn't have PFM for now. Also the M2000 is a great dogfighter.

Mission: "To intercept and destroy aircraft and airborne missiles in all weather conditions in order to establish and maintain air superiority in a designated area. To deliver air-to-ground ordnance on time in any weather condition. And to provide tactical reconaissance imagery" - F-14 Tomcat Roll Call

OP I think that you only need to look at the current state with DCS World to find your answer.

I highly disagree. especially when in a 1vs1 with a MIG-29 :smartass: Still a lovely bird to look at :D

So we have very different opinions, cuz in my opinion the M2000C is the best dogfighter in DCS.:)

Simplified Flight Model (SFM) MiG-29 vs. External/Professional Flight Model (EFM) Mirage 2000C.

The EFM interacts, with weather model, wind and environment, like real life.

The SFM uses Tables with precalculated data to emulate what the plane should do when you move the stick. So you fly more like on rails...

Whenever ED decides to give the MiG-29 a PFM like the F-15C and Su-27 did, you may start comparing... until then, it's like comparing an auto-scooter to a car and complain about the differences. ;)

Just my two cent.
