GrEaSeLiTeNiN Posted August 9, 2016 Posted August 9, 2016 (edited) I find turning off 'Head Movement by G-Force in Cockpit' under the Options/Misc tab makes it easier to control the plane and shoot stuff. Just a tip for newbies, like me. Two heads moving - yours and the simulated one - just makes for too much bouncing around. JunMcKill Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 Lol, but this feature makes the simulator more realistic, of course is not mandatory, thats why you can disable it when you want!
Svend_Dellepude Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 I don't find, having your head between your legs very realistic. :D I think it is more an immersion thing for people that find it immersive, rather than a realistic feature. Head bobbing in any sim, race or flight, is just plain annoying. All IMHO of course. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Win10 64, Asus Maximus VIII Formula, i5 6600K, Geforce 980 GTX Ti, 32 GB Ram, Samsung EVO SSD.
JunMcKill Posted August 11, 2016 Posted August 11, 2016 Can't disable the headmovement completely in the F-15. Any ideas if and how that's possible? If you unchecked this feature in the MISC options and the movement continues, report the problem to ED
Svend_Dellepude Posted August 12, 2016 Posted August 12, 2016 AFAIK it's a feature. I have already put a request in the wishlist to remove the rolling head. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC] Win10 64, Asus Maximus VIII Formula, i5 6600K, Geforce 980 GTX Ti, 32 GB Ram, Samsung EVO SSD.
Stuge Posted August 13, 2016 Posted August 13, 2016 It's ok at the moment. There was a time, when head rolling was introduced, that you could only disable the very annoying feature by some file editing. Now that was really annoying :) http://www.104thphoenix.com
