fitness88 Posted August 22, 2016 Posted August 22, 2016 I've had the A-10C a few years but only spent a bit of time with it. I'm using the Saitek x52 pro and with no TrackIR I manage to set up some snap views which help navigate through the controls. Since there are hundreds of variable cockpit control commands, which have you found most important to map to the HOTAS? Thank you.

Braeden108 Posted August 22, 2016 Posted August 22, 2016 I built my own homebrew track IR for $30. That's $20 of a genuine Wiimote and $10 in old TV remotes from goodwill. Works great. http://www.desiquintans.com/headtrack I've found the most important controls to map to the HOTAS are the ones on the A-10's HOTAS. Sounds silly, but what's on that stick is what you need in flight. Light the tires kick the fires! [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
