ex81 Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 Hello, in some videos of missions I saw camera positions which I was not able to retrace. Can anybody give me a hint where I could read about the "free camera" possibilities. What goes up, must come down ! razo+r Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 F11, but then you have to move it to your position, i'm sure there are also some other strokes, some of them are in the options
Pheonix0869 Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 Left ctrl+F11 (default) puts you into a free cam relative to your last camera position. i.e. If you're in first person the free cam will spawn in the cockpit, or if you hit F2 to see your wingman and then ctrl+F11 the camera will spawn there. Also mouse wheel increases and decreases the velocity of the camera, so you can "fly" the camera. 1
feefifofum Posted September 11, 2016 Posted September 11, 2016 And while in free camera, rctrl / and rctrl * will zoom in and out like an actual camera lens, which is what you see in many of the trailers to give the impression of terrain rushing by or aircraft being in closer proximity to each other than they actually are (great for dogfight footage :) ) THE GEORGIAN WAR - OFFICIAL F-15C DLC
SnowTiger Posted September 12, 2016 Posted September 12, 2016 While I haven't used my Space Navigator (3D Mouse) while in flight, I have used it during playback. It is an extremely easy and smooth way to navigate and view from every conceivable angle. For more information check out 3DConnexion's SpaceNavigator or this .
