I've been using it in the past for other limited photo related tasks. The price is right, and I figure it'll allow me to expand my knowledge with the tool. snowsniper Posted December 18, 2016 Share Posted December 18, 2016 I do all my skins with gimp. with dds plugin installed. ( export to DX5 with mipmap) Gimp is also able to open Psd file though.
