It also shines straight up; very noticeable in a hangar when it illuminates the ceiling! :D

 

the one's underneath are the forward nav light sources located under the nose, the light sources point down, dunno how they are illuminating the ceiling.

white light shining on the ground

 

Whats the white light for that is always shining on the ground underneath the F5, even in day light even at some altitude? It doesnt seem to switch off with anything and you cant see the source underneath the aircraft?

That's probably for the bug section, yes.

 

Could be handy on an Avro Lancaster, but not an F-5 ;)
