I'm almost always better than 45FPS and as far as I'm concerned ASW has made my experience much worse. That being said, once ED has the time to address the issue I firmly believe we will be better off for the advancement in tech.

I must admit. This is news to me... Did not know PD had an effect on spotting. So to spot a plane better but still have a pretty cockpit, what's the average opinion on PD? I currently use 2.0 but I'm willing to slide it down now that I know.

Labels... as we only fly coop I use them. Found that the mod that makes it a period works great kind of like how the model enlargement used to look. I just need to change the enemy labels to black but I'm lazy. ;)

Id say around 1.3 to 1.5

What exactly is ASW doing that makes it hard to see tgt?

Because ASW takes two frames from the game, and extrapolates what the next frame will look like. And if you have a small moving object, that changes it's position in frames 1&2, ASW needs to extrapolate where this object will be in frame 3, and what to substitute the object with.

VR will always look its best if the game can output a steady 90 FPS to equal the refreshrate of the the VR display. ASW is a way to help the game to output 90 FPS to the VR display, even if the actual FPS is lower than that.

So, ASW is no magic silver bullet. I think it works well, but I still need to lower my graphics setting to achieve as high FPS as possible.
