Well know since Mig-23 gone but think Razbam can get the NDA get the Mig-27 aircraft all need do chop the 23 nose and give thin LRF nose and upgraged systems good to go.

yea i heard. what why was the mig23 liscense denied? i read on the other thread it was, but no clear answer apart from a vague NDA mention?

 

NDA with whom or what? Russian govt denied permsion? or Mikoyan did not want to share?

LNS has long stated they'd like to do a MiG-23. It isn't among their current public plans, but they may have reserved it with ED and started preliminary work. That part is purely speculation on my part, but it seems likely. I don't think the doom and gloom of the old thread or this one are justified for that reason.

They didn’t shut the door or cancel anything; this endeavour never had a license agreement. It had been under consideration, but it was deiced that the product would not receive a license for multiple reasons. It was quite premature to advertise this as a module coming to DCS with no license agreement.
