I very briefly read what it said over on the naturalpoint site so correct me if I'm wrong. It appears you need a headset, they tested it out with most headset and it fits quite well. But i think it requires a powered usb port. Adding on to the cost and everything, its kinda hesitating for me to buy it.

Yes, it must have wired from a USB port.

based on what they said, it improves tracking. But still, price, powered usb....ehh...i like my reflectors on my airforce hat, so i'll stick with that unless i want to buy a headset.
