A lot of those skins are country dependant. For the French skin, choose France. For the British skin, choose UK. etc.

You can even modify the LUA file you can find in each skin folder and add the country you want at the end to avoid in game country selection.

Will doing that trip the integrity check for multiplayer? I can think of some other aircraft I'd like that for.

Yes, it probably would ... what you can do is copy the livery folder you are interested in, put it on Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\C-101EB (if some of these folders dont exist, create it) and then edit its description.lua file to add more countries to its list.

 

 

This way, since the livery is on your saved games rather than in the program folder, it wont trigger the IC. Keep in mind that all the other players should have the same livery installed on their PCs or they wont see it on your plane.
