grant977 Posted May 29, 2017 Posted May 29, 2017 When on moving ship it still slides around I guess this is not updated yet or is there a trick I am missing?
BaD CrC Posted May 30, 2017 Posted May 30, 2017 This bug is almost as old as Black Shark 2. (it was alright if I remember well on BS1). Anyway, no, you are not missing something. It's been many many years like this so don't hold your breath to see this fixed. Just set the speed of the boats you want to take off from to 0. https://www.blacksharkden.com http://discord.gg/blacksharkden

Well, with the F-18 and F-14 on horizon I suppose we should see it solved "soon", I hope. Do, or do not, there is no try. -------------------------------------------------------- Sapphire Nitro+ Rx Vega 64, i7 4790K ... etc. etc.
Joni Posted May 30, 2017 Posted May 30, 2017 I hope so as well, I hate this bug so much since I create a lot of missions on ships. Dehuman Posted June 2, 2017 Posted June 2, 2017 Well, with the F-18 and F-14 on horizon I suppose we should see it solved "soon", I hope. They will absolutely need to have it fixed, not only for release of F-18 and 14 but also AV-8B and Su-33 PFM. Pointless to release a swathe of carrier based modules if they can't operate from a carrier without sliding overboard or into the tower during start-up.
Northstar98 Posted June 3, 2017 Posted June 3, 2017 Hopefully ships are going to be improved soon, with more naval aircraft and new ships in development. But for aircraft operations on ships this is certainly a must to fix. DCS is supposed to be an air, sea and land combat simulator but right now it only more or less does 2 of those things - we have air well in hand, we sort-of have land but it's still very limited but still far ahead of sea - which we barely have at all...
