Can't talk to wingman after takeoff

In gow singleplayer campaign I a can open comunication menu only before the start. After takeoff nothing happens when i press #. What did I forget?

Make following things sure:

 

Be on the same frequency

Don't use intercom, use the radio communication menu

Turn easy comms off

In addition to what razo+r said, the comms menu on the Ka-50 is called "SPU-9 PTT" on the INS Cyclic Stick. Default key is Ralt + \

[BitMaster]

on the DE-Keyboatrd it is RALT+# after take off. While on ground # is enough, in flight you need the RALT as well.
