1.5.8. Tarrawa as start on ramp placement bug.

In 1.5.8 placing a UH-1H, KA-50 (and maybe AV-8B) on Tarrawa deck in mission editor, causes the unit to be placed in air adjacent to Tarawa deck. Causing unit to fall into water at mission start.

Probably a bug related to DCS thibnking that Tarrawa is either Nimitz or Kuz, as both have larger decks then Tarawa.
