NTTR and Normandy out of beta?

Maybe a stupid question, but are NTTR and Normandy both out of beta now and 'offically' released? If so, when did this happen?

Must have missed this, but I noticed neither icon have beta against them now.

Thanks, so the date format on the DCS site is day-month-year?

So, Normandy is still pre-beta. Strange that the icon on the DCS home screen doesn't say anything to that effect. The others in pre-release do.
