Have you disabled texture mod and then repaired?

 

Sorry, but I overwritten vanilla, I am going to reinstall the sim again I guess

 

EDIT--- I reinstalled the Open Beta again but it installed the mod again automatically. Whats going on?

You didn't use JSGME.

 

 

You didn't clean your register. regcleaner or another registercleaner.

At the PS C:\blahblahblah\bin you have to type "cmd" to run the updater. Type cmd, then do the rest.

What MurderOne said. You're in (presumably Win 10's) Powershell. When the PS window first opens, type: cmd.exe and hit ENTER. That's give you the command prompt and from there type in the DCS_Updater stuff.
