Charts and airport signs

Hi there,

 

First, awesome work on the map, it looks really great :thumbup:.

 

From my limited flying I see that the taxi and runway names used in the aircraft knee-board charts and the little panels on the side of the taxiways are still not corresponding.

As taxi and runway names are important for airport communication I would be great if it could be fixed.

I think this was fixed, try to check it out!

I just checked in 2.5.1 update 1 at Tbilisi-Lochini and it's not fixed, signs alongside taxiways indicate different names than we have in the kneeboard or in the DCS_GND_Charts document.

 

Ex: Taxi Bravo (in kneeboard) leading to runway 13R threshold is indicated as Charlie in game.

Taxi Alpha between Apron 1 and the middle of the runway is indicated as Bravo in game.

Taxi Echo leading to 31L threshold is indicated as Alpha in game.

 

I don't know which one is correct, but having the kneeboard and airport signs indicating the same thing would be nice.

Still not fixed!

Tried yesterday in Vaziani. Taxiway signs and kneeboard charts do not match.

@NineLine, It's still an issue.

First example - Senaki Kolkhi
According to the chart I'm on taxiway November intersecting taxi Delta, but the sign indicates that I'm on Bravo intersecting Echo.

Second example - Vaziani
According to the chart I'm on taxiway Sierra intersecting taxi Delta, but the sign indicates that I'm on Foxtrot intersecting Bravo.

There are probably a lot more errors throughout the entire maps airports. 

I don't know if the charts or the signs are correct, but they should at least indicate the same.

@NineLineis this a reported bug? I just verified that the issue still remains in the latest Open Beta.

Nope, sorry. Just getting back to it now. I will get it reported!
