wmar67
When I exit DCS 2.5, if Chrome was open, it stops responding and if I try to open Chrome, it opens but nothing works in Chrome. This happens everytime I exit DCS 2.5. I have to hard reboot the system if I want to use the internet (using Chrome) after exiting DCS. I can use Internet Explorer. But Chrome hangs each time. cypc
I bet it's because all the RAM used by Chrome was swapped to your HDD because DCS use so much RAM. How much RAM do you have ? 8/16GB ? Do you run windows on a HDD or SSD ? "You don't rise to the occasion, you fall to your level of preparation."
wmar67
I have 16GB of RAM and Windows runs off an SSD (as does DCS - though a different one) I don't think it's because DCS is using all the RAM. When I come out of DCS, even if Chrome wasn't open and I just fire it up, it still doesn't respond (aside from the main page) Windows 7 64 bit 16GB RAM nVidia GeForce GTX 1070Ti (8GB)
Nealius
I've been having the same issues as wmar67. Since installing 2.5, attempting to launch Chrome after flying DCS results in Chrome taking ages to load.
