[REPORTED]Sea/Wave Effect Bug.

This weird, round splash-effects on the surface of the sea when wind is set (at least) to 10m/s or higher. Video footage for reference. It comes and goes, as seen in the video.

 

I've deleted the FXO and METASHADERS folders multiple times, but it did nothing.

 

This has been reported as an error on the Normandy map before, but I get them on both Caucasus and Normandy.
