F-15 Trim no longer functioning since 2.5

I use roll trim at least once per flight in 2.5OB. It's execution is subtle so try and push the button many times to exaggerate the effect.

Still no joy, I've tried reassigning the keys to something other than default, and it has zero effect, even as a test I held right trim for nearly 5 minutes with no effect at all.

Do you assign the keys for the F-15C module specifically or at the General tab?

As the last thought try turning CAS off (LCtrl+1,2,3) to see if it changes anything for you.
