If you mean chose map in Mission Editor,

just click on the top element of the Tool Bar (on the left side) - "Create New Mission" and You will be able to chose map what You want.

saburo cz - Ski01 says on post #2 that when creating new mission he has only access to caucasus and nevada, not normandy.

 

I had the same issue with nevada, and a "repair" procedure solved the issue. (it downloaded some gigs, 2 or 3, and then it was ok).

Be sure your normandy folder is in the /DCS world openbeta/Mods/terrains folder, and if so, maybe you should also try a "cleanup" procedure and then again a "repair" procedure. If it does Nothing I have no idea except downloading again the whole terrain....

Normandy is not installed.

 

Install it through the module manager or commandline/updater utility
