Hello

Me and my friend bought the gazelle 3 days ago.

When i sit as a co-pilot, and click buttons as the gunner, then

I often cannot flip buttons, they just do the animation and then go back to the possition before I click them and nothing happens.

I was wondering in the gazelle with multicrew, do i as gunner have 100% access to all buttons, or are some buttons non clickable for me as gunner ?

( example i cannot open/close the door, but the pilot can ).

Thank you for the answer in advance. ;-)

Ps. we are flying dcs 2,5

Well that's interesting might be something to do with 2.5?? I have had people in with me and been in the co-pilot/WO position and it seemed to work., well mostly we got blown out of the sky. :D

What we couldn't do was actually fly it, if we took control, it's like there is a 1 to 2 second delay for input although we usually do find new and novel ways of crashing. (some of it is likely related to ping time over the internet)

I know that likely doesn't help but with limited experience it seemed to work in 2.2x, I just haven't been able to spend time in MP with 2.5 OA, it crashes more than I do which is saying something. :music_whistling: :)

Control is an illusion which usually shatters at the least expected moment.

Gazelle Mini-gun version is endorphins with rotors. See above.

The multi-crew gunner never had access to 100% of the buttons (especially the radios, etc. on the center console) in 1.5.

Not sure how much has changed in 2.5 as we've been flying as a pair, rather than multi-crew.

( example i cannot open/close the door, but the pilot can ).

I don't recall testing who could open/close the doors but IIRC, Polychop could only assign a switch/action to one player in their initial implementation and were waiting for ED's multi-crew code to mature.

Hi,

when the Gazelle is used in multiplayer with 2 pilots you have only limited access to certain swtches and functions for each position. This is related to the way how DCS is structured.

Buttons that can be used by the copilot will not be accessable for the pilot and vise versa.

Enjoy :pilotfly::joystick:
