dresoccer4 Posted May 21, 2018 Posted May 21, 2018 hey all - was wondering if there was a work around to turning off the wing moisture/compression/graphic thingy that's always on after the last update? i dont really mind it but its seeming to kill my FPS. so was hoping there was just a file i could edit or delete or something temporarily until its fixed. thanks! dresoccer4 Posted May 21, 2018 Author Posted May 21, 2018 Going back one version would get rid of the vapors ;) you mean rolling back the whole DCS...? Acer Predator Triton 700 || i7-7700HQ || 512GB SSD || 32GB RAM || GTX1080 Max-Q || FFB II and Thrustmaster TWCS Throttle || All DCS Modules
CHRISXTR3M3 Posted May 21, 2018 Posted May 21, 2018 you mean rolling back the whole DCS...? ED is releasing the F-18C this Friday. Just wait for the update and I'm sure they'll roll out bug fixes along with it for the other modules. User Files for AV8-B, X55
SandMan23 Posted May 21, 2018 Posted May 21, 2018 Thought that F/A 18C release date is 5.30 not this Friday 5.25
joey45 Posted May 21, 2018 Posted May 21, 2018 With the map release there might a DCS update as a whole. The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. dresoccer4 Posted May 21, 2018 Author Posted May 21, 2018 i'm hopeful there will be a fix next update. but i just assumed there could be an easy temporary fix by commenting out a line or something. that's been done several times in the past with other modules as a quick fix. edit: woo! my 500th post :D Acer Predator Triton 700 || i7-7700HQ || 512GB SSD || 32GB RAM || GTX1080 Max-Q || FFB II and Thrustmaster TWCS Throttle || All DCS Modules
