someone tryed to export the mfcds to another screen in the FA18C ?

Im having a problem. The game doesn't show the monitor file i dropped in the monitor configuration folder. Thus I cannot select it. (because its not showing that its there)

 

Can anyone help?

I found this in the file too, that might be it. I couldnt make it show up without resaving even after editing it out though.

I need to have Helios on my left Monitor and the sim on te right ! !

Just set it up as a left monitor and sit it on the right, that's all I do. Takes a little getting used to but no biggie.

 

Afaik, you can do it you start you mainview at x=1920 y=0 but from memory you need a phantom monitor fix. In the early days of A-10 I had an MFD on the right and one on the left on the main view but there were issues with the gui stretching over 3 screens.

 

If you play around and it stuffs up you GUI you have to delete a file in Mygames folder to reset it, search on here and there is a reply to resetting menu or gui or something.

Hi to all

Thank you very much, i figured it out and got it working.

 

If you want to export the DDi and AMPC with the panels you need Helios, DCS will only export the Display content not the frames around it- thats what i thougt it would make.

read the entire post and do follow the instructions- i got it working now.

just a brief question, if i want to jump into the harrier, can i just add the harrier related coordinates onto monitorsetup.lua file or does it need an extra .lua?

DDI and AMPCD are looking good to me

But the RWR is almost unreadable, any hints for messing with the fonts or line settings?

Got all the DDI, AMPCD and RWR exported. The lines and font in the DDI and AMPCD are thick and hard to read. Any way of fixing that?

I tried to download the Cpt Zeen file. I did but I'm having trouble to open the archive. 7-zip doesn't work.

Anybody else had this issue before? Should I use something else instead of 7z or the file can be corrupted?
