illmind Posted May 30, 2018 Posted May 30, 2018 (edited) Radar elevation control axis bind doesn't work properly. It doesn't seem to calibrate what the 'start' and 'end' of my sliders are on the T16k FCS. When scrolling the slider it will move from -99 to +99 almost instantly with nothing in between. Have to use radar elevation control up/down binds instead of axis one for now. Edited May 30, 2018 by illmind
Snowman Posted May 30, 2018 Posted May 30, 2018 I have the same issue when using a axis for the radar elevation. I think it would be better if it moves without acceleration so the radar elevation stops when you stop moving the axis. __________________ Intel i7-7700K @ 5.1GHz, Gigabyte Z170XP SLI 32 GB Corsair Vengeance @ 2666 Mhz (Stock 2400 Mhz), Gigabyte GTX 1080 Windfoce OC , PSU 650W Seasonic EK Watercooling (Open loop) Windows 10 Pro x64 Thrustmaster HOTAS Warthog + MFG Crosswind + Thrustmaster MFD
Xordus Posted May 30, 2018 Posted May 30, 2018 yeah, its really screwed up atm. It's basically made for a joystick atm instead of a slider.... Really annoying. I'm sure they'll fix it, hopefully they'll fix this AND add the TDC axis for next week's patch. Atm you basically can't use it with a slider/dial... frustrating, but we expect little issues like this.
Rainmaker Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 Real switches are momentary and return to center. It's not really broken, and nothing to really fix, it's mimicking the actual switch.

em4joshua Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 We all have different HOTAS and available options, so I ask that we have the ability to map it in various was despite how it is done in the real aircraft.
Rainmaker Posted May 31, 2018 Posted May 31, 2018 We all have different HOTAS and available options, so I ask that we have the ability to map it in various was despite how it is done in the real aircraft. I think that is the intent since many have a wheel axis on their personnal sticks, outside of how the real one operates. I believe there are options for both at the moment, and does sound like the alternative axis maping is broken.
