The Thunderbird Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 Good afternoon everyone. I'm sorry if this question has come up before. I have been trying to figure it out with watching videos, looking through the forms, trial and error ect for hours now. I have downloaded the liveries from the website, extracted the files (and copied them from the new files), gone to my C drive, User, saved games, DCS open beta, created a Liveries file, and added the files to a folder named f_a-18c or f-18c. Whenever I go into the game I do not see the liveries in my option on the load out screen. My real question is I guess. Can you guys please point me in the right direction for the proper step by step guide to load these files in game? Any help would be greatly appreciated and I'm so sorry again if this thread had already been made.:helpsmilie: :joystick::pilotfly:The Thunderbird:pilotfly::joystick:
Art-J Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 I don't own the Hornet, but most likely you named the folder incorrectly (spelling is critical and I believe it should be FA-18C). All the rest of your procedure at first glance seems to be OK. i7 9700K @ stock speed, single GTX1070, 32 gigs of RAM, TH Warthog, MFG Crosswind, Win10.

joey45 Posted June 6, 2018 Posted June 6, 2018 Saved Games\DCS\Liveries\FA-18C_hornet The only way to make sense out of change is to plunge into it, move with it, and join the dance. The Thunderbird Posted June 6, 2018 Author Posted June 6, 2018 (edited) Thank you guys so much!! It is now showing in the rearming scheme selection. The only thing it's doing now is loading the letters and numbers over the top of the raging bulls skins and loading the selected paint scheme that was selected. Any advise on that? Update.. It is working now. I think the skins I was trying to use were old. Thank you again for everybody help. Edited June 6, 2018 by The Thunderbird :joystick::pilotfly:The Thunderbird:pilotfly::joystick:
