We'll have to wait and see what ED's pay version of the carrier provides. No info has been provided yet, but the fact that it's a pay version, I expect nothing less than something special.

Oh it's a paid version? I had no idea I thought it was just bundled in with the hornet module.

No, but they're obviously doing something with carrier ops, development-wise, because even Razbam is holding off releasing updates for their Tarawa:
