I’m not able to view the track at the moment and don’t know how much of this is simulated, but even with a perfectly flown approach, there is a chance the hook bounces and skips over the wires or the hook glances over the top of the wire and doesn’t catch. Again, not sure to what extent this is present in DCS.

you were too low and flat... your hook hit the deck way before wire 1... it bouced up a little on impact and the airplane nose wheel compressed raising the back of the plane, and thus your hook missed all the wires.

CMIIW you need to touch down precisely above those wires and with correct AOA.
