Is it Safe to Defrag my Hard Disk Drives and Optimize my SSD? Even the DCS World dedicated SSD?

I know HDD can only be defragmented while ssd can not but just wondering if I can use the windows tool to Defragment and optimize drives on all my drives including my DCS World Dedicated SSD

Thanks in advance

It's safe ... but SSD drives dont need any optimization, as the TRIM function is already doing it while the drive is in use.

win10 "optimises" SSD in intervals on it's own, 30 days I think it was.
