Steel Jaw Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 Is it possible please and how so? I am looking to set a custom snap view for landing on the Boat where it zooms into the left HUD and AOA indexer soas to to keep the ball in sight at 3/4 mile. Cheers. HiJack Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 This is from the A-10C area but the guide should mostly work I think. Or even give a good idea on how. https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=69395
HiJack Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 But wait. There may now be ways to do this using the "Saved Games" folders so you don't get a IC problem.
HiJack Posted June 18, 2018 Posted June 18, 2018 Found this: SnapViews.lua Gets automatically created by DCS in the C:\Users\[uSER]\Saved Games\DCS\Config\View Folder when you save a snap view."

GregP Posted June 19, 2018 Posted June 19, 2018 1) Ensure 'User Snap-View Saving' is checked on the 'Misc' tab 2) Adjust view as desired 3) Press the snapview you want to override, e.g. LWin+KP8 4) Press RAlt+KP0 Your new snapview is now saved to LWin+KP8.
