Are you talking about the microstick? I was able to map on the hornet for the tdc. You have to map it as an axis. You will want to play with it in the ch software and figure out where you need to set the dead zone. The microstick isnt all that good at recentering.

I bound my mini-stick in the DCS bindings without the CH software . As paco stated , look in the DCS axis bindings , "throttle designator controller" horizontal and vertical . I bound the "throttle designator depress" to a separate button on the controller as i found the ministick switch difficult to use . Your experience may vary . Also be prepared to adjust the axis curves as the tdc will fly across the DDI .

I used buttons for radar slewing - sorry about tdc stuff :)

You can do deadzones in DCS too if you want too Also "isn't all that good" is probably the worse way to say it (LoL) the centering of the ministick is horrible I needed a Deadzone of 20 for both axis.
