TonyG Posted August 24, 2018 Posted August 24, 2018 Sedlo has made a pretty awesome 4 mission campaign for the Hornet, and I know ED has said they're working on campaigns to come at a later point in EA. Looking for something more. This is actually what drove me to start figuring out the mission editor. I've edited existing instant action missions, created new ones... Far from an expert, but I have a nice "flight training" mission based at Майкоп that has every aircraft cold and dark as an option, another in Normandy (of all places) to play with radar and weapons (F/A-18 vs Me 109K4s...rah!). Pretty fun stuff. Just takes some point and click time with the editor to work it out.

I'm quite sure there are plans for more than a few campigns, including of course the standard free campaign in the Caucuses we get with most modules. But you need to remember that the actual construction of the campaigns cannot begin until vital systems are in place, particularly the radar, ground attack weapons, TGP, etc etc.. Free campaign is not certain. A lot of ED modules do not have free campaigns (e.g. F-5, F-86, L-39, Spitfire, Mig-15). Has anything official been said about campaign for Hornet?
