On /saved games/dcs/input/ , delete the a-4e folder ... this is where the A-4 stores its controls configuration. Start DCs again and it will rebuild this folder, goto Options -> Controls and check the axis bindings ... do they work now?

How to have the A-4E as a static object on a dedicated server?

I added the mod to the dedicated server application as well, works with other mods, but I am unable to see the placed static A-4s
