Im stuggling with the fuel guage on this a/c. I assume i have to minus the fuel used from my total fuel loaded? Is there anyway to see how much fuel i still have?

The fuel gauge (0 - 3200 lb) is between the boost and fuel cutoff buttons (LH side, below the parking brake) and shows fuel remaining.

The fuel flow meter (0-2400 pph, right of the N1 RPM gauge) also has a 'Fuel Used' counter, that's useful if, for example, you have external wing tanks and want to know how much you've used, i.e. when you'll start to consume your internal fuel.

Note: I don't own the Aviojet C-101CC but the gauges look to be working correctly on youtube.

Correct, this aircraft has 4 fuel tanks and those on the wings dont have level meters, so you can only know with certainty the fuel on fuselage+wing center tanks. So, you have to subtract the consumption recorded by the flow meter, from the total fuel loaded at start.

Not exactly, but you get a good approximation with the above method. Also, this aircraft has a very low consumption, so in practical missions you almost never need to concern about the fuel.
