Thrustmaster Warthog throttle issue with the F-14 FLAPS positions.

FLAP swith mapped only for Full extend or disengage. No half way position like for the A-10...

Maybe available for the first patch ?

For the rest, congrats, your big cat is amazing (for a beta version):thumbup:

It's that way in the real plane. They are either full up or down. The current flap handle animation is a bit misleading.

That isn't true! You can use the VR flap handle in the cockpit with the mouse cursor and set it where ever you want it...Watch the flap position indicator on the front left panel and see...;)

Yes but in reality, you'd be getting a Flap warning light for them not being in the proper binary up/down position

Does that mean that the flap are supposed to be all the way down during takeoff???

The real aircraft only had up and down and nothing inbetween. The lever in the cockpit will be fixed so there will be no position inbetween.

Edit: After talking to one of our SME's it does indeed sound like they should have a full range of motion as set by the lever. I'll talk to the other guys and see if we can add some more binds for it.

That said they never really used any setting other than fully up or down operationally. For anything else you have the maneuverflaps that you set using the DLC wheel.
