Nealius Posted March 16, 2019 Posted March 16, 2019 (edited) All of my carrier practice missions have client aircraft on the deck and on shore. If I jump into a Tomcat on deck, the IFLOLS is fine: If I jump into a Tomcat on shore, the IFLOLS turns off: I tested this with Hornets instead of Tomcats, and the IFLOLS is on 100% of the time, so it's an issue specifically with the Tomcat, apparently. Eldur Posted March 27, 2019 Posted March 27, 2019 Just had a look at the CVN for a different reason and remembered seeing this thread - confirmed, no IFLOLS here either. My 'cat was at Al Dhafra.
Looney Posted March 29, 2019 Posted March 29, 2019 Airports turn their lighting on when called via the DCS comms menu, did you try to raise the carrier on the freq and announce your intent to land? Strikeeagle345 Posted March 29, 2019 Posted March 29, 2019 Airports turn their lighting on when called via the DCS comms menu, did you try to raise the carrier on the freq and announce your intent to land? that should not be required. If this does work, there needs to be a fix from ED. Nealius Posted April 21, 2019 Author Posted April 21, 2019 I see this is marked as a "DCS Bug," however this does not occur with either the F/A-18C nor the A-4E-C. How is this a DCS bug when the Tomcat is the only module affected?
