GrEaSeLiTeNiN Posted March 31, 2019 Posted March 31, 2019 Hi, In a Mission Editor using Nevada map, I am using Groom Lake as an airbase. I see its TACAN info but I am unable to find its ADF frequency. Is there an ADF list somewhere? Thanks! Rudel_chw Posted March 31, 2019 Posted March 31, 2019 Hello, The Nevada Map is set on modern times, so there are plenty of Tacan and VOR stations, but NDB (the ones used for ADF tuning) are very few if any, as these type of station has been phased out on the USA. On my Nevada missions, I make use of this excellent Mod made by the late Gospadin, that adds a number of old NDB on their historic locations ... also on Normandy Map: https://forums.eagle.ru/showthread.php?t=160590&highlight=nttr+gospadin Best regards For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600 - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia RTX2080 - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB

Robin_Hood Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 However, you should be able to tune to a VOR station and use that for ADF. I don't know about US NDBs, but aren't the NDBs we have in Georgia out of the available frequency range of the ARC-210 ? 2nd French Fighter Squadron
drPhibes Posted April 2, 2019 Posted April 2, 2019 The F-18 uses the comm radio for ADF, so none of the NDBs in the various maps are useable. You'll have to tune it to a VOR frequency.
