Cant hit anything with LGBs and waypoint offset

Hello

 

I can not hit anything with LGBs, they seem to land long. I use them with a JTAC that lases. Is this a known issue or am I doing something wrong?

 

Also, is it possible to do a waypoint offset like in the Harrier or is this not implemented yet? Since its not in any manuals yet I cant know if it is possible now. Would be great for JTAC engagements where you get a reference from an IP and since from what I understand entrring the coordinates from the JTAC wont work since its the wrong format.

 

I tried searching the forum but I cant find any info on this in posts that are fairly new.

For me the LGB's hit long while in CCIP. Using Lasing by another A/C (MP) they always hit.

 

 

So two ideas:

eather your releasing waaaaay to late or maybe wrong laser-code which results in an unguided attack?

 

 

I have no idea about offsetting...as far as I know IRL it works but no reference at this point.

I also have the issue where LGBs often hit long, even with laser designation from a JTAC. I've been having better results with CCIP release + laser, over CCRP+laser.

 

I think it's a reported bug that the CCRP release cue is inaccurate.

In one ME mission I made, the JTAC kept lasing a spot 10m to the left of the target 'cos my LGBs kept landing there. The JTAC was playing with me :doh:

Not sure if it's an object-map issue for some objects (targets).
