Another 3D model that I have been working on is the ASK-23B, a single-seat glider that first flew in 83' October. This has been something of a project of mine that I have gone back and forth to every now and then, making adjustments to the model. I have no official plans to bring this to DCS but wanted to share it in case if anyone was interested in it.

The following are renders with Matcap.

I fly Ask-21s in-rl. I would love a chance to experiment with a glider in DDCS. I accidentally discovered that DCS seems to model rising air currents under clouds (easily missed if you're in a heavy fast mover) and would love to compare it to rl =)

In regards to the model, I would be happy to give it to someone, but it lacks a cockpit. However, the shape of the cockpit is relatively simple. I do believe the rudder section has some warping that doesn't exist, or at least that I have not closely judged hard enough.

I learned flying on that aircraft. Its a good glider and nearly unbreakable... Nearly.

Great Projekt! Keep on☺️
