WretchedKing Posted May 16, 2019 Posted May 16, 2019 Hi guys! I cant seem to find the NWS HI under controls. I can see NWS designate and undesignate but no high. Could it be erased? How can I get it back? Thx!
Preendog Posted May 16, 2019 Posted May 16, 2019 (edited) NWS hi is the undesignated button. Sometimes you have to click it repeatedly or hold it down for it to work. 'NWS HI' will appear on the bottom right of the HUD when it's engaged. Edit: paddle switch/G override button will cancel NWS and NWS HI. Edited May 16, 2019 by Preendog

whaaw Posted May 17, 2019 Posted May 17, 2019 That means you are going too fast. it is the same behavior like that but also applies when im not moving at all. when im standing still, activate NWS HI and go over 40-50% rudder the hornet just goes forward. SFMBE

Darcwaynard Posted May 17, 2019 Posted May 17, 2019 Make sure anti skid is on and don't get too fast or as others have said the front wheels won't be able to grip anymore and you're just burning rubber. BuzzU Posted May 18, 2019 Posted May 18, 2019 You have to be gentle with the rudder with hi steering. Buzz
