MiG21bisFishbedL Posted June 9, 2019 Posted June 9, 2019 Did you guys sneak in this feature in the latest patch or sometime previously? I haven't noticed it until today. They think it be how it is, comrade.. .. but is not. Reformers hate him! This one weird trick found by a bush pilot will make gunfighter obsessed old farts angry at your multi-role carrier deck line up!

Kang Posted June 9, 2019 Posted June 9, 2019 Not sure about anything random happening, but the head turning side to side according to your in-cockpit viewing angle has been a thing in the MiG-21 for a long time.
MiG21bisFishbedL Posted June 9, 2019 Author Posted June 9, 2019 (edited) Not sure about anything random happening, but the head turning side to side according to your in-cockpit viewing angle has been a thing in the MiG-21 for a long time. Let the aircraft idle and watch from the outside. The head will glance about on its own. I heard it was added to all planes? I'd have missed that then, I usually fly the Fishbed and Tomcat these days and the Cat has had this. Neat little touch to add some life to our robotic digital death machines. cthulhu68 Posted June 9, 2019 Posted June 9, 2019 Little things like this go a long way. It actually startled me the 1st time I noticed it doing an F2 BDA on KA-50.
-Rudel- Posted June 10, 2019 Posted June 10, 2019 Makes screenshots harder to get trying to get the pilots' heads in a nice direction. Now ED's new implementation seems to be interfering with users' view points. https://magnitude-3.com/ https://www.facebook.com/magnitude3llc https://www.youtube.com/@magnitude_3 i9 13900K, 128GB RAM, RTX 4090, Win10Pro, 2 x 2TB SSD, 1 x 15TB SSD U.2 i9 10980XE, 128GB RAM, RTX 3090Ti, Win10 Pro, 2 x 256GB SSD, 4 x 512GB SSD RAID 0, 6 x 4TB HDD RAID 6, 9361-8i RAID Controller i7 4960X, 64GB RAM, GTX Titan X Black, Win10 Pro, 512GB PCIe SSD, 2 x 256GB SSD
