can't do that... what you can do is make macro (if you have programmable HOTAS) to release more then 1 set of flares in sequence (but not in one instance)

I agree with Kuky - only way I can do it is with the Macro I have programmed to release 4 Flare Bundles at a Time.

I'll post later on the real flare timings of the su-27SK, or somebody can do that for me. It has 3 or 4 sequences, would be nice to convert them to macros so we can have more realistic macro experience, contrary to those ECM blinking people.

I suspect Emmer is talking about this:

ScreenShot_025_small.jpg

I have programmed a button on my Cougar to dispense two, four, or thirty flares, depending on the position of the dogfight switch.

It's simply a macro which presses the DEL key in rapid succession for one, two or fifteen times.

On the screenshot above, it was set to bursts of four flares at a time (pressing DEL twice)

I did this mainly to try some things out for my solo display, to see if I could mimic the way the Russian Knights and the Swifts drop many flares.

The only problem is that Lockon seems to have a limit to the amount of flares that can be dropped in one second (or rather, the speed at which keypresses are handled).

I have set the interval between keypresses in my macro to one millisecond, but it doesn't seem to make any difference if I set it to 10 or even 100 milliseconds.
