Rudel_chw
Anyway to add an in-cockpit music player like the heatblur units? I use my standard Windows music player and control it from within DCS using the multimedia keys of my keyboard. For work: iMac mid-2010 of 27" - Core i7 870 - 6 GB DDR3 1333 MHz - ATI HD5670 - SSD 256 GB - HDD 2 TB - macOS High Sierra For Gaming: 34" Monitor - Ryzen 3600X - 32 GB DDR4 2400 - nVidia GTX1070ti - SSD 1.25 TB - HDD 10 TB - Win10 Pro - TM HOTAS Cougar - Oculus Rift CV1 Mobile: iPad Pro 12.9" of 256 GB
derammo
If there is enough interest, we could implement media control buttons in Helios. So then you could have in-cockpit buttons that control your windows music player of choice. It does seem like using hardware buttons like on any cheesy multimedia keyboard is better though, unless I am missing something about what you want to do. Southpaw
Overall I like the immersion of the tape player and the capability to map controls in the sim. My multimedia buttons are not very convenient, personally. Overall I just really like the HB walkman implementation. i9-9900K@5GHz, 32GB RAM, RTX2080Ti FTW3 Ultra 11Gb vRAM
escaner
Another option: connect cell phone/tablet/mp3 player to computer line in with 3.5mm audio cable. [sIGPIC][/sIGPIC]
