Ulfrun Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 Maybe not a bug, maybe my failure but I didn't find a hint how to solve this problem: Since a week, every time when I start a SP or MP mission from the ground with C&D status, the fuel tanks of the F-18 are completly empty. (Even if I have external tanks.) The refueling request to the ground crew are accepted and also verified everytime - but the tanks are still empty, so I have yet no chance to make a cold start :cry: Thanks for help in advance.
razo+r Posted August 11, 2019 Posted August 11, 2019 That's normal. Either jettison them before landing, or unequip and reequip them to get them full again. The ground crew does not refill them right now.

The ground crew does not refill them right now. Are you sure? I've done a flight yesterday and the refilled the plane AND the 2 external fuel tanks as well.

The fuel tanks are not empty after ground crew acknowledge the refuel. It´s just the in cockpit instrument not showing the levels until you have started up the AC and get some generators going. Ulfrun Posted August 12, 2019 Author Posted August 12, 2019 Sorry, forget the external tanks: The problem is - anyhow and anyway I can not start from cold and dark because the main fuel tanks are empty from the beginning of every mission which requires c&d starts. No matter if mission is sp or mp. (I did not mean any refueling after landing.) I command the ground crew to fill it up, I cleared the load to 0% and back to 100% but nothing helped. So up to now I am still lookinf for a solution.:helpsmilie:

It was my failure. (Does they change the displayed fuel information since march? Anyway, it works.) :thumbup:
